Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) is dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality education that supports lifelong learning for all. The Teaching and Learning Guidelines (GP PdP) were established to ensure that teaching delivery across the university remains dynamic, structured, and adaptable to evolving educational needs. These guidelines apply to all delivery modes face-to-face, online, and hybrid  beginning from Semester II of the 2021/2022 academic session onward.

Serving as a key reference for academic staff, GP PdP ensures that every course offered at UMK meets the university’s academic standards, regulatory requirements, and student-centered learning goals. The guidelines also encourage educators to integrate innovation, creativity, and digital technologies into teaching practices to enrich the learning experience and strengthen graduate outcomes. This document is used together with UMK’s academic regulation books for all foundation, full-time, and part-time programmes.
